Previous incidents

We are aware of an issue affecting our documentation at https://snipe-it.readme.io that is causing an "Unable to Render" error on some pages, specifically those using Readme.io's new component code.

Readme.io is currently working on resolving the issue. In the meantime, let us know at support@snipeitapp.com and we can manually fix pages that are not currently loading.

A small percentage of customers are running into 504 gateway timeouts when trying to access their hosted instance. We're working on it, and will update this status page when we have identified the issue.

Some hosted customers may be seeing difficulty loading the API, which would impact listings of items within Snipe-IT, with the API endpoints reporting as 404. Your data is intact, and we are working on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
